Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be training for an event to work with you?

Not at all. Many of my clients simply want better daily energy, more balanced fuelling, or support for cycling, running, or gym training. Others book in for race prep. Both are welcome.

Are appointments online?

Yes. All consultations take place online, making it easy for you to fit sessions around training, work, and life. You’ll receive a link to join your session once you book.

What happens in an initial consultation?

In your first session, we’ll talk through your goals, training schedule, symptoms, menstrual cycle patterns, current eating habits, and any health concerns. You’ll then receive a personalised plan based on your needs, covering fuelling, hydration, recovery, and practical steps you can start right away.

How long are the sessions?

• Initial consultations are 60 minutes
• Follow-up sessions are 30–40 minutes
• Packages include check-ins depending on what you choose

What can you help with?

Clients usually come to me for support with:
• low energy or fatigue
• under-fuelling
• poor recovery
• race day planning
• gut issues during training
• building confidence with food
• sustainable body composition changes
• hydration strategy and supplement guidance

Do you work with athletes who want body composition changes?

Yes, as long as it is approached safely and with performance and long-term wellbeing in mind. I focus on sustainable habits, not quick fixes or strict dieting.

What if I’m unsure which service to book?

You can book a free 15 minute call. We’ll talk through your goals and decide which appointment or package makes the most sense for you.

How do I pay?

Payments are taken securely at the time of booking. You will receive confirmation and any forms needed before your session.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged, as this time is reserved for you.

Can I contact you between sessions?

Yes. Clients on packages receive message support between check-ins. For one-off sessions, you can email if something small needs clarifying.
