Stronger fuelling for stronger, more confident athletes.

About Me

Hi, I’m Zoe Holliday, a UK Registered Dietitian and SENr Sports Nutritionist. I help athletes and active individuals fuel with confidence, train with energy, and build strong, sustainable habits that support both health and performance.

My approach is simple. Clear plans that fit into life and are based around real food. No confusing rules or pressure for perfection. Just supportive coaching that helps you perform at your best while feeling well in your body.

My Background

I first trained as a Dietitian with a BSc in Dietetics at Leeds Beckett University, followed by a postgraduate qualification in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. I have spent several years working as a clinical dietitian in the NHS, supporting people with complex nutrition needs, chronic conditions, energy balance issues, IBS, disordered eating patterns, and recovery challenges.

This clinical foundation gives me a strong understanding of the medical and physiological side of performance. It also helps me support athletes who deal with low energy availability, hormone changes, fatigue, under-fuelling, or gut problems during training.

Today, I combine this knowledge with a focus on sport and endurance performance. I work with runners, triathletes, rowers and gym goers to optimise performance and well being.

Who I Work With

I support people who want to:
• train with more energy
• improve recovery
• reduce fatigue and dips in performance
• balance hormones and support long term health
• prepare for races or specific events
• understand exactly how to fuel for their sport
• build a more positive and confident relationship with food

Whether you are training for your first 10k or your tenth marathon, you deserve care that takes your body, your physiology, and your goals seriously.

My Approach

Personalised
Every athlete has different needs. I build your plan around your training load, schedule, symptoms, preferences, and overall lifestyle.

Evidence Based
I use science, research, and sport specific guidance. No trends. No unnecessary supplements. No all or nothing thinking.

Supportive
Nutrition is not just numbers. It is behaviour, mindset, energy, and health. I support my clients with a calm, encouraging, and practical style that makes change feel possible.

Sustainable
I want you to finish a race feeling strong, not drained. I want you to enjoy food, not feel controlled by it. I focus on habits that last long beyond one event.
