Stronger fuelling for stronger, more confident athletes.
About Me
Hi, I’m Zoe Holliday, a UK-registered Dietitian and SENr Sports Nutritionist. I help athletes and active people fuel their training with confidence, feel energised day to day, and build practical nutrition habits that support long-term health and performance
My Background
I originally trained as a Dietitian with a BSc in Dietetics at Leeds Beckett University, before going on to complete my postgraduate qualification in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Alongside my sports nutrition work, I’ve spent several years working as a clinical dietitian in the NHS, supporting people with complex nutrition needs, long-term health conditions, and recovery journeys.
This clinical background shapes the way I work with athletes today. It means I’m especially mindful of issues like low energy availability, hormone and growth concerns, fatigue, under-fuelling, and gut problems that can show up during training. My aim is always to support performance in a way that also protects your health and long-term wellbeing
Who I Work With
I support people who want to:
• train with more energy
• improve recovery
• reduce fatigue and dips in performance
• prepare for races or specific events
• understand exactly how to fuel for their sport and recovery
• build a more positive and confident relationship with food
Wherever you are with your training, performance or injury recovery, you deserve care that takes your body, and your goals seriously.
My Approach
Personalised
Every athlete has different needs. I build your plan around your training load, schedule, symptoms, preferences, and overall lifestyle.
Evidence Based
I use science, research, and sport specific guidance. No trends. No unnecessary supplements. No all or nothing thinking.
Supportive
Nutrition is not just numbers. It is behaviour, mindset, energy, and health. I support my clients with a calm, encouraging, and practical style to make adjustments achievable.
Sustainable
Advice designed to work with your sport, events and life. I want you to enjoy food, not feel controlled by it. I focus on habits that last long beyond one event.
